Candles Care
Please note that our candles are hand made and carefully hand poured. Minor imperfections may occur. This does not affect the candles overall quality.
Remove candle from packaging and decorative adornments. Keep the wick trimmed to ¼ inch. Do not allow wick trimmings to accumulate in the wax pool. Do not burn candles for more than 4 hours at a time. Keep flame away from drafts. Discard the candle when only ½ inch of wax remains. Please note, to prevent accidental fire, always burn candles in sight and out of reach of children and pets.
Do not store candles in direct sunlight or near heat sources to prevent unwanted melting or deformation of the candle, or loss of color. Our candles contain oils, and water should not be used to extinguish them. Smother the flame with a candle snuffer or blow them out.
Instructions for Burning:
These candles are meant for burning to release their aromatic scents. The containers will heat up during burning and may be hot to the touch. Always allow them time to cool after extinguishing the flame before handling the containers. Water and container lids must NOT be used to extinguish candles. Make sure that the entire surface of the candle melts before extinguishing the flame to prevent the candle from leaving wax buildup on the sides.
Our decorative candles will burn all the way down. You must take proper safety measures if you choose to light them. Place them on an appropriate, heat resistant surface to prevent fire and collect melted wax. When very little of the candle remains, use extra caution when burning the candle. They may be safely discarded when no usable wax remains.
