If your order was shipped incorrectly by us, we will happily exchange it for the correct product. Please note all our products are shipped insured with desired carrier. We are not responsible for lost items. If a product is lost or delivered incorrectly a claim must be filed with the shipping company. We offer free shipping on orders over $100.
